The hammam
An oriental hydrotherapy technique, the hammam is a steam bath heated to a temperature of 50 degrees, saturated with 100% humidity. Once installed, your muscles relax, the impurities in your skin and the toxins in your body disappear in a few minutes. A feeling of well-being invades you...
The sauna
Originating from the Nordic countries, the sauna consists of taking a seat in a wooden cabin, filled with dry heat. This heat causes an increase in the diameter of the blood vessels, the pores of the skin open... alternating with a cold shower, which produces the opposite effect, allows the re-energizing of the body and the purification of the skin.

Relaxing or toning massage:
- 30 minutes: €55 per person (back or legs or back of the body)
- 60 minutes: €75 per person (from head to toe)
- 15-minute face: €30 per person
- 30-minute feet: €50 per person
