On the ground floor of the establishment, Le Place Neuve suggests that you sit down at one of the tables in its restaurant, for a moment of relaxation around a good meal. On the outdoor terrace or in the living room, taste the refined cuisine of our chef. Completely revisited traditional dishes are offered to you, in an atmosphere that is both chic and relaxed. The menu is intended to be short, and in regular renewal, to the delight of regulars. The suggested dishes are made from fresh, seasonal products, carefully selected from the region's markets or from local producers.
Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. Catering is provided for hotel guests every evening except Sunday by reservation.

Because the hotel-restaurant Le Place Neuve welcomes a regular and faithful clientele, because the chef-chef is constantly renewed, the menu of the restaurant, modified every two months, proposes a short menu with four starters, four dishes and three dessert. The guarantee of a kitchen always fresher!
