On the ground floor of the establishment, Le Place Neuve suggests that you sit at one of the tables in its restaurant, for a moment of relaxation around a good dish. On the outdoor terrace or in the living room, taste the refined cuisine of our chef. Totally revisited traditional dishes are offered to you, in an atmosphere that is both chic and relaxed. The menu is intended to be short, and regularly renewed, to the delight of regulars. The suggested dishes are made from fresh, seasonal products, carefully selected from regional markets or from local producers.
Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. Catering is available upon reservation for hotel guests every evening except Sunday.

Because the hotel-restaurant Le Place Neuve welcomes a regular and loyal clientele, because the chef is constantly renewing himself, the restaurant's menu, modified every two months, offers a short menu with four starters, four main courses and three desserts. The guarantee of ever fresher cooking!
