At lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday (excluding public holidays), enjoy our market menu: starter, main course, and dessert of the day for just €19 per person. It’s a great way to discover the chef’s style through traditional French dishes with a creative twist.

From Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, enjoy our Sens et Saveurs menu and our à la carte menu.
Our chef creates refined, generous, and inventive French cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients carefully selected from local markets and producers.
The à la carte menu, which is deliberately short (four starters, four main courses, and three desserts), is updated every two months to guarantee freshness, authenticity, and homemade quality at every meal.

Opening Hours & Reservations

Our restaurant in Brullioles is open:

Wednesday to Sunday for lunch (12:00 – 1:15 PM)
Wednesday to Saturday for dinner (7:30 – 9:15 PM)

For hotel guests, a single-menu dinner is available on Monday and Tuesday evenings (served from 7.30pm to 8.15pm) upon reservation only.

Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking in advance. Whether you’re a hotel guest or just passing through. We cannot guarantee a table without prior reservation.
